For students in Year 8 now, Year 9 in 2027
Prepares for John Monash Science School, Melbourne High School, Nossal High School, Suzanne Cory High School
A full practice run at the exams your child will actually sit, under the conditions they will sit them in: a real venue, a real timetable, and every paper for their entry year in one day.
It is free, and it is the same day for everyone in the cohort, which is what makes the report at the end mean something.
A report by email once marking is done: your child's score on every paper, and where that sits against everyone else who sat the same papers that day. Writing is marked against the same rubric the real markers use.
Yes. Book the seat on this page and no card is asked for at any point. We run these because families who see a real result early make better decisions about the year ahead.
This one is for students in Year 8 now, so Year 9 in 2027, sitting Year 10 entry exams. If your child is a year either side of that, the other September mock is the one you want, and it is linked at the bottom of this page.
Yes, and that is the point. Every student sits every paper for their entry year, so we can show you where they sit across the whole range and which schools suit them best. Nobody is expected to have covered all of it yet.
Yes, and booking creates one. It is how the results reach you, and it is where the report lives afterwards.
Reply to your confirmation email as soon as you know and we will release the seat. They are capped, and there is usually someone waiting on one.
Yes. The entry opportunity workshop for this cohort runs at 2:30pm the day before, at the same venue, also free. It covers which schools open places, how each process works, and what to do between now and the exam. Families usually do both.
