Event terms

Signing up

Our events are for school students. A parent or guardian signs up for them, or agrees to the student signing up, and gives us a name, email and mobile we can reach them on. We use those details to run this event: the confirmation, reminders, the joining link for an online session, and any change on the day.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your events page or by emailing us. A paid place cancelled more than 24 hours before the event starts is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours it is not refunded. If you cannot make a free event, please cancel or email us so someone else can have the spot.

If we cancel an event, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Online sessions

The joining link is for your family only. Please do not share it, and do not record the session. Keep your camera, microphone and chat respectful. Our hosts can remove anyone who disrupts the session for others.

Photos and video

If we will take photos or video at an event, the event page says so, and you can opt your child out when you sign up.
